Starting to work for Avon?

I'm 18 and I have a part time job at a bakery. I'm thinking about signing up to work as a representative for Avon to help pay for college. I've heard a lot of good things about it, but I want to know more about the work in detail. How do I start when I sign up online? What are the requirements? But more importantly, what does the job consist of?
