If I were to Open an Ebay Store!?

Would I have any Sells Restrictions?? I just had a Limit

I recently made an account and made afew sales. Problem now is. I can not post new items for 26 days. Would an Ebay Store help me have more Items online without Limits?? Or how does it work. My Point is. How can I continue to sell without Limits. Thanks
