How do you determine a wholesale price?

I am trying to start a business and another business wants me to sell wholesale to them, but I don't know after cost and overhead how to determine a reasonable percentage for wholesale. Does anyone have any experience in this? I have looked on the internet, but there is really no help there. If you know any sites that would be helpful, too.

    You can visit http://ohioline.osu.edu/cd-fact/1326.html although it is for Ohio State, it should give you an idea as to how to price. Good Luck!
